Ingredients
- ½ C rice
- 1 C chicken stock
- ¼ t salt
- 2 C sour cream
- 1 t salt
- ¼ t pepper
- ¼ t paprika
- chopped parsley
- 2 lg onion chopped
- 4 T butter
- 2 T garlic oil or 1 lg clove minced
- ½ t fresh thyme or ⅛ t dried
- ½ lb cooked fresh crab
- 7 C chicken stock
- ½ C white wine
- 4 T soft butter
- 4 T four
Instructions
- Cook rice in chicken stock 25 min. Add sour cream, spices.
- Sauté onion and garlic in butter until golden, add thyme. Add crab. Add Stock ad wine and bring to boil. Work butter and flour together Stir into a cup of hot soup and add to soup. Simmer 15 min. Add rice. Garnish with parsley.
